I'm an Aussie and, while I can't explain why, we reckon we are closer in spirit to Canadians than we are to any other people in the world! Maybe it is the joint British/French heritage, or the harshness of the landscapes. All I know is that I have always felt an affection for Canadians, or maybe it is just those Mounties in their uniforms... I’d love to see Canada.
